Rear axle help!!

Hi,

Straight to the point i was driving and i could hear like a clicking noise coming from the rear of the jeep. on inspection i could see the diff was leaking quiet abit so poped it home to try put a spot weld on it and the diff is so rotten i blew straight through.

does this mean i now need a new axle and if so does any1 know of anybody selling one??

you can get new diff pans to replace rotten one ,used case and swap your bits into .or another axle complete depends i suppose on your clacking and condition of parts in yours

Where is the rust? on the diff or the diff pan?
