Right , forget about the shoes for a mo, just been to thoes great people at dakar 4x4 in swanley, 2 min job now she is up and running again, i did probe them to find out why this has happened twice in last 3 months , (disconnecting wires from rf, will not stop or prolong link being lost) , what they did surgest however is its possible that its a signe that the ebcm could be responsible for this , and could be on its way out????? not good news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so guys is there anything i can do about this , apart from spending the best part of a grand , ( shoe money in her words) to solve the problem ???? as like most of you rr followers i hate to be beaten, I WILL NOT BE BEATEN,,,,,,, sorry i,ve just been corrected she said i do like to be beaten, ......well ok ,,,don't we all... lol...

tbh i dont beleve what is being told to you. if you get a box it will save you that outlay. only for postal strike i would have lent you mine take your rf plug off. j

J, any chance you can dig a little harder to find out where i can buy one???? and thanks for the offer of yours j, i will remove rf plug and see how it goes, Rob

Its hard to pin point the problem , but last week air bag light came on , and display eas fault on dash, only came on for 2 days, but was intermitten throughout journey, and also alarm was going off one night last week too. mind you i did put it down to damp weather, maybe there is a link between them who know's Rob

Thanks gav, could have done with this link yesterday, lol. but on that link the rr turns over , but mine don't is that because the one in the link is a diesel?

Battery has never been flat , unlock with remote , usual dash lights but dead when you try to crank, not even a flicker of the dash lights, if i put live feed to starter it will turn over but not fire up with ignition on, but get the re synic done , fires up on the button,
