And when it happens how many people will say "Now why didn't I think of that"

Examples:

Cats eyes
Rubiks cube
Solar garden lights
Clackers (remember them?)

All of these simple things sold by the million. Can you think of some more examples? D..

My Hippo's getting castrated, there taking outs its manly bit (propshaft and all that). VCU must have dufted befor I got the thing and at the last service the Transfer box oil was all silvery. So Save the £800 on an new front diff and 2 cogs and have a momento of what it could have been like hanging in the garage.. Note to check next time ... what colour is the TB Oil? and does the VCU have a part number label on it?.. hey LR says 'Lovely off road' trouble is got to go on road to get off road these days.

Hi All , what about replacing vcu with an eddy current clutch ??? SOMSHOW

It was looked into at least a year ago - here and here and here.

the most likely choice was one of these. There is a guy in Tassy that was making up a mechanical dog clutch (Ian1).

Did yu ever meet him, Dearot? I think he was supposed to be coming over to the UK this year.......
