diesel: in a suitable tank, fecking loads, assuming you can afford to fill
it. 300 gallons is fine, provided the tank is suitable and it's not to near
the house, I suspect. probably the same rules as central heating oil tanks.

petrol: buggerall, realistically. not more than 10l per container, ISTR,
must be in correctly marked containers and I've an idea there may be a limit
on how much can be in any one place.

LPG: same rules for tanks as central heating use, IIRC.
