Range Rover with SA Mapping system

I imported a Range Rover Sport 2015 from South Africa. JLR UK tell me that the UK mapping system installed in UK vehicles is different from the mapping system supplied to vehicles in SA and they therefore cannot assist me with a map update for the UK and Europe. I would think that despite the different mapping system the supplier of these maps for SA and the whole of Africa also have a set available for the UK & Europe that can be uploaded to the vehicles mapping system. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

Have you thought of contacting a dealer in SA , and asking for the update/add-on they would provide, for customers wishing a UK/ Europe map.
