Range rover vibration

Start again in the middle of Refurbishing a 05 plate range rover Overfinch 580s one with the bored out 4.4 BMW engine in it I have a problem with a vibration at all speeds but more noticeable at 50mph fitted a new torque converter about 6 weeks ago problem vibration nearly when but was still there any ideas am thinking in may need a rebuild on the gearbox ;( the people that fitted the torque converter landrover themselves changes the old but not the filter ? Could this be the Culprit or am a been a tad Optimistic ;0)

Checked all of your balance items? Propshafts, wheels, etc?

I have props is abit harder not sure why it would unbalance 1 tbh but thanks

Rear Propshaft is contained in a bearing housing above the Fuel Tank....which has been known to wear.

Props have weights on them, I've known them come off on a few vehicles (admittedly they were treated badly). A tutor at college fixed the unbalanced prop on his Vauxhall powered Capri just by tacking on a jubilee clamp. My old Surf had vibrations caused by a failed UJ.

Although as per your post in t'other thread, given the gearbox reliability LR are famous for, probably just that.

All get it up on the ramps tomorrow an re check them all picked the car up from Overfinch today there words not mine (not afairys ) thanks lads
