range rover price - your opinion needed please

I hope this is the right place to post … My girlfriends dad selling his P38. What do you think it worth?
He had it for about 6 years. It is P reg, 4.6 auto HSE with all the toys, 1 or 2 previous owners, mint condition throughout, 96K on the clock, but the engine was changed by range rover 25K ago (cost 5K+), all tyres are good, MOT and taxed, green with cream leather interior with no rips … you get the picture ..

Sounds as though it has been looked after, and at least you know who has owned it.If properly maintained offer him 2k or mates rate(family) £1500.
I take it that it has no LPG conversion so get used to visiting your garage a lot.If you intend keeping it get it LPG converted.I have owned an Epson green 4.6 HSE cream interior for 4 years and I wouldn't change it for anything.Be warned you will be hooked once you have driven it.
