i work from home as diagnostic tech, working on all makes of cars, today i had the pleasure of trying to open a customers passenger side door LR322 2002 range rover.
this is how i did it, hope it helps.
1. lower window.
2. remove top strips, inner and outer.
3.lookdown outer edge with flash light between door skin and window, look towards rear edge of door, you may have to push window rubber back out of the way to see top of lock.
4. use a long thin screwdriver and start to gently tap on top of the outer edge of door lock, the bit with a hump,
as it starts to break try to push plastic to one side so as to see inside lock. i then used a long pry bar with its end cut off, leaving a square end, and placed it into the hole, gave it a hard wack and door popped open.
