Range Rover L405 2013 Problems with front lights

Hi, I have been having problems with my front diving lights recently. When I switch on my driving lights they either both come on correctly or one side will come on and the other one wont and visa versa. Also when I use my flash on my lights for instance to let someone out, the blue light on the dash lights up blue but my flash lights do not. Any ideas on my problems?
