range rover l322 rear screens and dvd player

Hi all just bought a 2005 range rover super charged and don't have a remote but noticed in hand book i can access rear screens and dvd from front touch screen but mine does not show this option on the touch screen dvd icon and rear screen icon are missing any ideas where to start looking cheers

Hi they are factory fitted screens cheers

If they’re factory fitted then the icon for RSE will be on the touch screen

Unless the configuration of the car has been changed to remove the system from the settings

there's no icon on the touch screen. how do i go about sorting this

You need to confirm it’s factory fit and then get the configuration changed to reflect the car has got rear seat entertainment.

This can be done with specific diagnostic equipment such as IID etc.

on the hldf self test form it's says
b101025 rear view input failure
b100e25 tv/rse video input failure
on the video inputs test it only show tv fitted

On that self test screen then there’s a configuration screen and that tell you if the configuration is setup for RSE

Do the screens light up or work at all?

Hello, recently purchased a 4.4 v8 vogue l322 2004 and it has TV in headrests but have never worked. I've ordered a mk4 dvd sat nav unit and had a little snoop around the side of the boot today prior too mk4 unit Arriving. I have found a load of wires and what looks like something to do with head phones I will attach a pic if anybody has any idea what this could all be please.
