I have a Range Rover L322 2004 4.4 v8 4A chassis got a problem with air suspension it all started off with the front raising and wouldn't come back down it had a fault code of 103 to much energy for regulation needed front axle so we changed the height sensor then the back went up to the same height as the front we manage to get to level out for a few months with autologic but in theses few months it kept coming up with max speed 30mph as if it was in off road mode but wasn't on the switch but now back to the same problem with the front up but the back is up a little too can't calibrate the front but can get the back to do something the switch still say standard height but turning the switch it doesn't do anything at one point the same fault went to the rear but we then changed the rear height sensors now no faults in the system
the part we have swap from another are the following but no change
the ecu
the valve next to air tank
the valve under rh front wheel arch
new parts fit of the years pre fault
new compressor from bearmach
2 x new Dunlop front shockers/bags
new parts fitted after fault
height sensors all round
we get 5v at front height sensors and 0.4v return on rh side and 0.5v on lh side
does anybody have any other ideas what this could be?
we are using snapon and autologic
thanks for any help or advise Dave
