Hello
Got yet another problem to ask some advice on -_-
This particular problem started this saturday when it was ****ing down, Went through a few large puddles but apart from the fan belt slipping nothing else was untoward.
A few miles later slowing down for a roundabout get a jolt and engine stalls, restarted straight away drove fine for another 30 seconds and jolt...stalls again.
Left it for about 5 mins started it up and revved the nuts off and it was fine. Next day did it once more whilst turning onto a side street, bloody scary losing your powersteering!!
Since Sunday it has been fine untill this morning on my way back from work, waiting at a roundabout, I pull out accelerate in 1st, into 2nd accelerate hard due to cars behind and at about 2500rpm jolt off it goes again.
Restarted straight away and drove rest of way home fine. Bloody mystery.
Checked the stop solenoid wire and it was lose and may have contaminated with water so cleaned on saturday and wd40'd so surely that cant be the continuing problem?
Any ideas?
