Radio help required

Hi have a late 95, p38 4.6 HSE bought as a non runner still working through it got her running sorted most bits out never tried radio before. Tried it today a light comes on in the display window but no text at all and no noise of any sort any suggestions anyone

Which radio have you got?

Remove the trim around the radio, it just pulls off, next to the flashing LED near the volume control is the reset. With the set turned on, press it in until it goes off, then enter the code. My guess however is that someone has tried to decode if the display is blank, not the end of the world though.

Dogsbody .. It's the original factory fitted stereo for 1995 p38

LED isn't flashing its permanently off. The only light on is the green backlight to the display window

Did the radio go off when the reset was pressed, it should. I have sent a message.
