Hi

first post on this site. I own a Freelander TD4 2004 and the other day the radio got a fault. the radio still works but only on the last station it was tuned into (talk sport thankfully).

It will not retune, none of the channel buttons work and the volume button on the steering wheel wont work. the only button that does work is the on/off button.

Has anyone else suffered this fault or has anyone got any suggested remedies.

Thanks in anticipation.

just tried that and only difference is it has now changed the channel to a boom boom station. both audio fuses are def working as the radio goes off when i pull them out.

Sounds like u need a new unit then
Is it the 6cd unit ?
You can always just buy a decent aftermarket head unit
Or I have a spare original landrover 6cd unit available from when I changed my head unit in my td4

Oh right
Well you might swell pick up a nice aftermarket unit from halfords
If will be 10 times better than the original unit
Ps alpine are good units
I have a single din alpine Bluetooth in my freelander
It's the dogs !
