radio amp Need Help

hello all
sorry if this has been said before I have freelander 1 2005 1.8 petrol Facelift Model the problem iJhave is that All the speakers have gone only the tweeters work. someone said to me could be the amp i have looked under both passgener and drivers seat cant find any amp also could someone show some pictures of taking off the door cards as the haynes manual does not show the proper card

Likely to be the connectors to the main speakers have corroded.

Removing door card is easy - a few screws and then gently prise the door card off assuming you have a 5 door

This.

It won't be the amp as the full range speakers and tweeters in the same door are on the same wire. So if the tweeter is working, the power is getting to the door.

Thanks for that but you said a few screws my has a silver trim on handle and no screws in door handle by this what you use to open doors

Thanks for info so how do i take cards off as my has silver long bit on handle but cant see any screws in where you open door from inside so how can you do it

Prise the silver trim off and the screws are under that trim for the grab handle

Thanks for info
Went to do door card and found it very easy to do.these are the steps i used if anyone is intrustf
1 pull tweeter square off
2 take off silver trim undo three screws
3 undo little screw behind door pull and feed it though handle
4 undo 2screws each side of door holder
5 undo 2 screws at bottom of door
6 undo cup holder screw just pull off cover
7 use a thin screwdriver and lift out window and mirror control unit and undo the three connecters
8 and finally losen the card by staring at one corner as these are just poppers just take your time and then lift card over the lock button.
These steps are for face lift model
