quick battery question

i have a feeling my battery is the wrong way round as the leads seem a bit stretched, im a petrol 4.4 and the earth lead is on the left looking at it from the front, am i right in thinking some clown has put it in wrong way round? and couldnt be arsed to lift it out again?

cool , it sure is. i see that drain pipe runs straight down aswell, mines pulled forward of the battery tray
