Question re nanocom and settings

I know roughly what this screen is for e.g. to adjust fuel pump and idle rpm but what does air flow rate do? and how does other affect the running of the engine?

I change the fuel flow rate from 0.000 to 1 and car don't feel idle rough anymore but anything over 1.5 it running rough again.

I took the picture before I messed around with it so I can reset it back to normal if needed.

Petrol or diesel? Airflow rate is from the MAF.

Obviously petrol there is no air flow rate shown on diesel. The MAF on the diesel is used for a different purpose.

Indeed they can't, as there are no readings for the MAF on a diesel there is nothing to alter.

Then it is the airflow as measured by the MAF sensor. It should change as you rev the engine.
