come on guysss!! ha done want this to get out of hand with an arguement... yes its very true that people need to be careful when going out in floods.... i was mainly driving the country lanes as they never usually get more than 2ft....generally just massive puddles which are good for a splash!

I helped a guy out the other day that had broken his rover 25....was actually rather funny as hed driven through the smallest puddle but had the air filter right down by his bumper lol
he was only about 17 or 18 and thought his battery had gone flat as it wouldnt crank.... i asked him what had happened...proceeded to take his airfilter off for him then empty it back into the puddle lol! i was amused but felt sorry for him so i towed him home and his dads face just said it all .

Lol just found this in the rugby advertiser

I go out puddle hunting in my car. To be fair you are all saying the same thing and it should be all tested. I had my father in law with his disco and which. He checked depth as it was nothing for any decent hight 4x4 or van but my lowered 320 was wading. I had pre fitted the towing with strap up over the car and tucked in sunroof. In areas of just fields. A shotgun and x5 had got into trouble and I managed it not because I am awesome or my car was set up for it. But because I knew what I was doing. The issue isn't with people having fun. It's this dicks who don't know what they are doing or not bags who have watched one of you guys in the lifted kitted out trucks doing it an assume power and speed work.
