Hello!

Since my bulkhead corners are a bit rusty, I'd like to properly seal the gap between windscreen and bulkhead and fill the gaps to the bulkhead corners to prevent the water from running into the gaps and down the A-frame.

Has anyone done this without removing the windscreen frame? I would either add a layer of sealant on top of the foam rubber or remove the foam rubber with a sharp screwdriver and fill everything with Sikaflex.

Any tips on this? How have you done this?

The water is not getting into the car or into the A-post. It's just entering the space between bulkhead and windscreen frame and running along the top of the bulkhead corners and then down the a-post. And that is causing some rust on the outside of the bulkhead corners. I hope this explains it better.

Yeah, there might be another source of water ingress and they might look a lot messier on the inside. But the bulkhead/windscreen frame seal is one source I can clearly identify and fix.
