All loaded up in the back of my little car.

So a quick looky looky at the dimensions of the rims.

IMG_20190106_165912.jpg

204mm wide it seems.

IMG_20190106_165929.jpg

Quick check of the offset.

IMG_20190106_170118.jpg

135mm from the back.

IMG_20190106_170318.jpg

So 135 from the back gives 69mm from the front = a +33mm offset > 204 divided by 2 = 102 take away the 69 off the front = 33

Hmmmm...........

Thinking that this is not as good as I had first thought and checked the stamping on the rim centre.

Gonna be a watch this space for what I have planned with the rims, shot blasting is deffo on the agenda :)

i gotta guy local that does it for a ton.

how is the rest coming on?

or you could reverse them?

Had to devote some love to the eurobox as well but I have both batteries charged and put some wind in the two tyres that seem to have lost pressure and that was me done for the weekend :)

I've charged my spot light and got fresh batteries for the second lamp and plan to start putting an hour each night in on it as the weather is supposed to stay dry :)

Haha great minds. My spot is on charge and my head torch attached to headrest. Steelies will look hard as nails done up

£2.99 for the head torch with an inch and a half cob chip that uses 3 AAA batteries, got 3 of them waiting for me to dismantle and remove the micro switches and make a loom for so that I can build them into my welding helmet :)

I'm just thinking of the episodes of luther that have just been on :D

I've proper got the hump, a once trusted name in courier services and parcel delivery it seems TNT has gone the same way as just about every other company in the UK.

Order online they said, it's the same service you used to get they said, it's cheaper they said, more convenient they said. Bummox!!! Cost the same as it always has, they were less convenient as collection was days later than it should have been, same service as it used to be my arze, almost 2 weeks later and my rims are lost in bloomin space, oh and as for ordering online, stuff that, their online service give you a cyber chat function if it goes square shaped and TNT on the whole are not interested as it was ordered through TNT-direct :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Absolutely furious and wish I had just taken a day off and delivered the bloomin rims to Scarborough in person, would have saved me fretting over having to find another set of genuine Disco steels :(

@capo am gutted to think that the rims I picked up from you won't be fitted on my Rusty :(:(:(

That is such a bummer  They're all as bad as each other, DPD lost my RRC air filter box for the conversion, fortunately the seller refunded me.
Would you like the bottles of wine back, the Rioja is still unopened....
I feel for you; perhaps another set will turn up.;)

You have wine in your house unopened? What alternate universe do you live  Drink it, or pop it in the cellar, it should age nicely ;)

Couriers these days are hopeless, how can you lose a 1.2mtr tall 45cm wide cylinder that weighs close to 60kilo's? Defies logic but I must admit that I am not surprised judging by the way the industry has become so cut throat and unless labels etc are surrounded by neon flashy lights they just can't be arzed  :(

How is your 90? Ready for the snow I hope :)
