Project rusty back to life

A couple of weeks ago I bought a land rover Santana IV and today when I looked closely to the frame I saw lots of old dirt inside like the rover was parked on the mud for a long time but as I was waiting for the worst I found a rot spot at the end by the rear bumper a puncture on the middle of the chassis by the transfer box and rot at the and the bottom of the rear door. Here are some pictures but we'll I should have looked at it more closely when I bought but now is too late. Ok wish me luck...will be posting pictures a I fix them

The rust goes all the way thru in one spot on the frame and on the door
