Professional diesel (200tdi) Tuner?

So I know the usual thing is to have a fiddle yourself and see what you are happy with, but i want to take my rebuilt and recently converted 110 to a professional tuner, with a dyno who can tweak the fuel pump and check the timing so that I know that it is optimal.

There are lots of reasons I don't want to / can't do it myself, mainly being as i'm out of the country and will only be returning to pick up the car in 2 months. Are there any diesel tuning specialists that you guys would recommend?

I reckon you will struggle with that, mainly as its so old people will have forgottten and as all the knowledge is now out there in diy land they probably think whats the point?
If you can find a local one man band diesel shop he might be your best bet.
