Problem with speedometer

I had a problem with me redio tried to remove it and after that i got a problem with the speedometer needle does not moving to show me the speed iam travelling and problem include the fuel gauge,temp.gauge and the consle does not work so this morinig tried to check under the redio and another problem come wereby i it display fuse 8 faulty what is the problem

check all the wiring connections that you might have disturbed when you were messing about with it.

2; if i swich on my aircontioner i can get cold in the passenger side and the driver side goes hot what is the problem and the airconditioner work will in the moinig when the weather is still cold but weather out side is worm like 28c then the conditioner does not work please tell me whaat is the problem
