Getting rather frustrated with this weather now! Working on a 4 on and 4 off rota in london and with a female other half makes time to work on the discovery rather limited!

Today I finally have a full day to play... Need to get underneath with a pressure washer, clean inside and outside.
I also wanted to do some rubbing down/painting on the windscreen pillar, front door window surrounds, some service jobs (changing diff oils etc)

my list is endless actually :D

but yet again its blowing a gale and p***ing it down

worst thing about it.... work goes stoooopidly busy for me in the summer so when its nice and sunny i'll have even less time :(

someone come along and make me feel less annoyed about being stuck indoors and say they have the same problem???

not that I know of... a landy size shed is in the plans for summer though - my ol man wanted a bigger shed anyway so it didn't take to much persuading to convince him to build it in his garden :D

not landy related. but to do with this poxy weather.
i`m off to belgium on a motorbike for 4 days camping.
went this time last year and it was glorious weather.
some belgian beer will sort me out:D

Well I hope you have better luck than me, I've tried getting out on my bike for the last week and got ****ed-on every time - and this is FRANCE !!!!!

It's not funny anymore - who's nicked the sun? C'mon own up!

Dave

Ps Belgian beer sounds good. Where are you going - Ypres is a beautiful place with loads of very nice bars and ladeez !!!

apparently, blame the jet stream. its running low over europe which is dragging all this low pressure down on to us all.
i`m off to the john bull rally which is being held in the east end of belgium by the dutch/german border.
last year we went to ypres and visited a few war cemeteries from both sides. this was my first visit to belgium and i found everybody really freindly with the added bonus they spoke english.
steve.

Exatly the same up here, the ballasts fiesta passed the mot at 13.51 today and Disco goes tomz at 11.15 so know all about weather related frustration, Good Luck for the future.

In that case Arnhem is a useful place to have a look in. There is a wonderful WWII museum there. Plus of course THE bridge.
