Hi gents
please i hope some one can assist i am having no joy localy at the moment!!
i had to remove my power steering pump as had a issue with one of the pipes i have now started refitting the pump but got one small problem there are two pipes on the unit one is low pressure other is high pressure .
i realise that there is a small spring and plunger that fits into the high pressure side
problem is i dont know wich way round i assume the spring goes in first in to the pump housing then the plunger and then the outer hose fitting and this is my problem the one side of the plunger is grooved in the shape of a + and has a small pin size hole in the end and the other end is blank what side should go into the unit?
