Poor handling at speed

I've had a look in the search, but haven't found anything that really helps all that much. Apologies if it's already been asked a thousand times!

Anyway, to the issue. I've been driving the 90 for about five months now and since taking it on I've noticed that the handling leaves a lot to be desired! I'm running a 2" Terrafirma lift and Cooper Discoverer STT mud tyres 265/75/16R.

When driving at speed the handling goes completely to pot, and every now and then begins to 'fish tail' quite badly, swerving all over the place. I'm going to need to get it looked at, but could I be seeing these issues because of the tyres/lift?

They wont help, but still should be comfortably driveable.

probably something like panhard rod bushes or rear trailing arm bushes where they connect to the axle

OK, when you say fishtail you mean the arse end's dancing or the steering is oscillating?

If it's the back end, then bushes or the A-frame balljoint letting the axle move about. not so good.

If the front-end is going into oscillations then that is the thrice-damned deathwobble. Panhard rod bushes as mentioned, steering damper, swivel preloads or something as simple as a bad balljoint. Were it me I'd have the truck's front end up in the air and go over it systematically with a mate to assist. Give it a good check through then fix/adjust as needed.

Mine's been a lot steadier at speed since I replaced the steering swivel bearings. I used to know when I'd gone over 70 because it would get jittery. But now it is so steady I have to make sure I keep an eye on the speedometer if for example I'm overtaking a row of lorries on the motorway because it's so easy to control.
