 Im looking to replace the springs and dampers all round me self which apart from the time doesnt seem that expensive.Should i get a poly brush set and do them at the same time?Looks like mine are originals ie had it.

Fitted Red Polybush set to my 110" 6 -7 years ago, still as good as the day they where fitted. Well worth the money. For a Rangie might go for softer set. They only did red when I changed mine, did it that long ago.
If you do change the bushes, do one front radius arm at a time. Took both of on the 110, angle of axle changed. Real pain to get the first set of bolts back in, had to use a jack on the end of the diff to re-align the bolt holes. Once one arm was on second was easy.
