6mm ply for sides and roof and 12mmor thicker ply for the floor. I put in a full bulkhead in behind the front seats too.I used the foam u buy for under laminate floor for under the ply and it keeps it warm, dry (no condensation) and is quieter.
Silicon seal the joints and then varnish it to make it waterproof

template the ply or use a scribing bar,piece of ****s.done 3 vw transporters sides and floors and bulkhead this way

its too easy for some people, prob only take a day measure it all up carefully, cut it out of 6mm for sides and 12 - 18 or even 22 for the floor and top of arches, either fix with self drilling tek screws or rivits, yer can get a good 12mm insulation behind it too

FFS the inside of a 90 or 110 is just a square box. How hard can it be? You'd have to be a proper mug to pay 250 odd quid for a "kit".

Mine cost me about £30 and took about half a day.
I made it so there's nothing actually fixed to the vehicle - no drilling of the vehicle structure.
It's in sections that interlock. The frontmost sections remove, depending whether the 2nd row seats are up or down.

Although £250 is step a sheet on proper birch ply is a good 40-50 quid these days (depending on where you get it from) - well it was when i built a load of huge speaker cabs a couple of years back out of 18mm - standard WPB is much cheeper but not as durable.
Just depends what you want to do with it........... (and if you plan on submersing it in water all the time)
