Please help, juddering when in gear

Please help,
this is all new to me, but i have a disco mk 1 300tdi,
When changing from 2nd to 3rd to 4th & 5th gear, the disco starts to judder quite badly in each gear , Any ideas why this is happening please??

can you be more detailed...explain exactly what happens?

Rule out the obvious. Fuel starvation for example. Does it run ok in Idle? Is it misfiring?

Fuel ok, Running fine when idle also doesn't misfire. Only starts to judder when changing from 1st upwards (ok in 1st). As build revs up it then starts to judder ( feels like you've got 4 flat tyres, but havn't!) Does feel like it comes from the rear?????

have you checked your prop u/js and rubber donut ?

Rubber donut bout 80 quid to change, get it done before it cause some serious damage

if it is indeed that i would change it for a 200 series propshaft an input flange. Jai

Thank you all for advice, it was indeed the prop shaft u/j & the drag end was worn.
All repaired & driving well again, not feeling like jelly!!
