Please advice MOT !! fix or drive off cliff

I meant once the hub was off. must make myself clear. But It is something that I would find easy to do at the side of the road. As long as you get the caliper off. Its so easy. Like most things on these cars. Had an XJ8 and found I couldn't do anything on it. Apart from comfort that's all it had going for it. I Love the disco for ease of maintenance. Cheapness of parts and it's really back too basics. Which is what I was brought up on. Oh and for a matter of intrest. My Jag lost gearbox oil through a common fault. The oil to replace it was £85 a Ltr. Needed five Ltrs and garage to do it. cost me £550 altogether. So time I thought to get rid. Glad to see the back of it. Just sayin like.

Gotta love a vehicle with great comfort levels (we have an ES) and an engine bay you can look in and go "I know what that, that, that and that are and I can fix it all!" The simplicity of an old tractor with a lot of the comfort of a luxury cruiser

worth fixin and you will have a decent motor for years to come
