plastic wheel arches

Hi, has anyone removed plastic wheel arches from td5 dicovery2 ? Ifso can anyone tell me the best way assuming there are stuck on and screwed. Also been looking at replacement ones made by britpart. Are these any good?.

Think they are bonded on, mine doesnt have them

They are fitted with a double sided trim tape stick like doo doo.i bought some pattern wheel arch trims they dont fit as good but ok with lots of ferklin.i fitted using soudal fix all.tried silicon first but pulls off.
