i'm struggling with that a bit dormouse, its deffo off a machine but i'm unsure about what sort, it looks too big fer a rubber duck but too small for a dump truck

D'you know what I can probably name the plants growing round it but I've had to many to spell them properly, that's got to be sadder.

Just joined this evening (see my post in the Series III section). About to purchase an '84 LWB if it's not too rotten. Been into VW's for the past 15 or so years and on reading this thread (and larfing!) took a 2nd look at the VW Splitty? Do we know who it belongs to? Looks like it's rusting away to me. These are worth a few quid y'know - even rotten. More windows = more cash. Or is it someones intended project?

Yes apparently it is some rare German conversion, so basically the guy who it belongs to has had lots of offers. Big offers of cash. But, the guy who owns it just will not let it budge, we can't understand why, he pays a hell of a lot of rent just to keep those vehicles there, and a scrap Austin 1100, scrap Mk3 'Tina, and I think it's a Hillman Minx in the back of our shed???!!!! Me and my dad cannot understand why he won't get rid of it. The camper is basically just a shell, it has the gearbox in it but no engine. Me and my brother took some parts out as it is our 'camp' I removed the non original fridge and it basically just fell apart in my hands!!
