petrol td5

hi all ive been offered a discovery td5 shape petrol what i want to know is is the petrol really juicy as it will only be a weekend car and for towing my caravan now and again and 100 mile round trips to hastings i really wanted a lpg car but cant find the right one and this one has come up at a good price thanks.

That will be a Discovery 2 with a 3.9 V8 engine so called by Land Rover as 4.0. expect an 'average' of around 18mpg
