Hi

Does anyone know the part numbers of the rubber bungs that fit into the holes at the front of a 90's chassis rails please?

Also, sump plugs washers etc. Should I replace them if i'm changing the fluids, or do they usually get reused.

I can see where and how to top up the swivel hubs, but how do I go about draining them in preparation for one shot grease?

And I'm wiring a trailer lighting plug. What wires do I tap into, and where? Reverse, Stop, Tail, Fog,and indicators.

Cheers

Nick

:D He He!

Here ya go, Nick:

For the rubbers try here: Famous Four Products Ltd. - New Parts - 90/110 and Defender - Chassis

With sump plugs the common consensus is to change 'em due to the washer being of the compression type. Nobody bothers, though, not even dealers, unless you chew them up taking them off.

As for the swivels, Buster did a good thread covering them better than I could.

The trailer plug depends on what model you've got. There's a plug above the rear crossmember. It's tucked behind a mudshield. If you don't have one, you'll need to scotchlok in to the wires behind the access cover behind the lights.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, have found what wire goes to what. I now just need to trace it back so I can wire it all in in the same place. Or is that not the done thing? should I just strip the outer cable and feed what's needed to each side?
