parrot car kit help needed

i got a parrot car kit fitted to my 2003 vouge its got tv and sat nav, the kit mutes the radio ok but the call isint amplified you have to turn the radio up full to hear the caller,then on disconection of the call the speakers nearly get blown out off the doors as they are turned up full.

can anyone give my any help to as how this should be wired in so as the calls amplified.......

Isnt there a setting on the radio to do this anyway ?

Google "Autoleads" there may be some info on there, I know they do patch leads for handsfree phone kits.

i have 2 parrot kits
but both are different to yours
CK3100 & CK3200

mine mute the radio and ahve volume for the call on kit and when call terminated radio comes back to level it was at previously

had both mine fitted professioanlly by a mate so cant help much
Did you fit yours ?

That should be a setting on the parrot itself under audio.

my volume settings on on the parrot itself not through the radio controls. Not sure what version I have though.
