There on my to do list, plan is do the lot as i think there all original and there cheap enough just fiddle with the radius ones.

Radius arm bushes are pain but they will make difference to handling if you still on the originals

Mine were dead easy took them all off front and back the fella down the rd with a garage pressed them all in for me

Burnt and cut and banged them all out myself cleaned and repainted them all and he did the hard part they were also all originals

I snapped mine and blew the wheel out so had one new, changed other side

Are we talking the front or rear here because I remember a thread not so long back where a member spent days trying to shift the bastids on the front.

Probably the radius arms then they were the hardest to get out

I have toyed with getting a spare pair of radius arms refurbishing them a quick swap, but they are not cheap second hand

Easy to get out,getting them back in without the tool is fun,not.

Bloke I went to had a bloody great press gave him the new ones and he had never done a Range Rover before even he said they don’t fit but he persevered with then and got them all in

The trick is a tapered tool to allow the Bush to be squeezed to reduce the outside diameter so it enters the radius arm hole.I managed using hose clamps to squeeze the Bush.size of press is irrelevant.

Yer Alan I got a bearing taper for him then he sorted it was bloody tight fit still but worth the effort to have originals

Was it you that posted the bearing size? I meant to bookmark it for the inevitable.

I was looking for the size it was on a utube clip but I’m sure wammers posted about it as well he probably knows exact size I got it from a company called simply bearings

Yes he made it out of a special material like a synthetic resin

Not the bloke on utube he just used the race and a jubilee clip
