P38A Pan rod

Not quiet sure what I’m looking for on the rear axle is it a pan rod or a track rod 1999 4.6 an advice much appreciated

I know the bolt is Bi Hex

'Enery said Bi-hex,i.e. 12 point socket or ring spanner required.

The one I got from Rimmer are the same part number just different heads
