Painting back of defender

Hi

Can anyone let me know what paint I need, to touch up the bottom of the defender as shown in the picture? It's the bit beneath the rear door that's turning rusty?

Apologies for the simple question - I'm very much a newbie!

the tow bar?
I'd just get some hammerite, making sure you rub down to get rid of most of the rust before applying paint
 
Rear cross member?
Seem treatment as above really. Use Matt or satin finish or else it'll look too tarty. :eek:
