Picked myself up a series 3 at the weekend in mint green colour... Can anyone recommend where I might be able to get some decent paint perhaps with rust inhibitor lol.

Not to steal your thread... I just got my bulkhead back from the galvanizers, what do I need to do to paint it properly.
It was thanks... .LOL let it weather a bit I just went ape at the galvanisers who left it outside for 2 weeksguess they did me a favour.
I've found Bonda Primer will stay stuck to galv coatings.
Although I'm sure I've read not to paint galv with it.
But I have and it works perfectly.![]()
I would rather use the forum and learn from experience such as yours which is gratefully received.. Besides there are too many experts representing business/advertising.Could be this one. Alloy doesn't rust, use etch primer first. If you want to paint the steel bits, rust inhibitor, Primer, Topcoat.
If you want to run an old landrover, learning how to Google will be an advantage!
