P38 won't disarm

hi
need advice. parked my car outside workplace on road. locked normally using key. tried again 1 hour later would not disarm. thought battetry might low so changed batteries in remote. tried again no joy. tried sapre key still no joy. put key in door lock would not turn. AA came out and opened door using hook. Alarm went off. put key in ignition no response. AA then tried disconnecting battery hoping it would rest ECU which it didn't.
Please help as i don't know what is wrong...

what have you got? have you tried your eka code? is it petrol?

eka code. not got it. where can i get from and how much?

wudnt a resync solve the prob?

By disconnecting the battery the fob will now need resynching as suggested.Get the car moved away from where it was parked - the AA man ought to know this by now,and try a resynch.Mess it around too much and it will go to Keycode Lockout and then you will have to get the EKA code.
