Im thinking of getting a P38 for towing my caravan. 4.6 probably cause im a bit of a fiend.

Now i know that they have trouble with the EAS and thats why they coil convert them. But which is better for towing EAS or Coil?

Also Anyone looking to sell a p38 v8?

Mind you it will break down if you ever let W.L.M. drive it.
His car always seems to.

Don't know about caravans but EAS for towing horse trailers by far, having towed with both air and coil springs.

Can anyone list any things to look out for when buying one off these? I would like to avoid the "ahh you should have check that before you bought it... Its common with these..."

Thanks in advance.

Don't know about the petrols, but auto is the way to go with a diesel pulling a caravan we got a diesel manual and an auto and the manuel is a bugger to pull away our 26 foot caravan but with the auto is effortless :)
