I know this is a bit of a resurrection, but, I've built a blue cable from some rubbish lying around and a £5 DA15 2 row socket using the above wiring pinout this morning - result is it works! I've accessed everything on my D2 and coded a new key to it so thanks for finding the pinouts Datatek! I've also buzzed out my mate's green cable and it agrees with the pinouts above and yes both of the have 4 and 5 connected to 15/8!

Any update on making a green cable? The cost directly from BBS is €52 for cable + shipping €24.47 = €76.47 + VAT = €94 delivered now that's on top of paying €154 + vat for the unlock codes.

Just use the pinout list on the attachment on the post a couple of comments above by me. It shows the connections between the green cable and the Nanocom connector. For the Nanocom end you need a DA15 2 row socket (female), for the OBD end an OSB plug (male) and obviously a length of multicore cable.
