P38 Key code lock out...please help

Hi due to the bad weather my battery died and now re-charged the key code lock out message on the dash won't disappear to enable me to sync key fob to central locking. I have had to turn key left/right etc on previous occasions to do this but this time the car alarm just beeps as i turn the key and then as soon as I open the door the alarm goes off. Can anyone offer me help please...thanks Julie

if you get the EAC wrong you need to lock it then leave it for 30 minutes (i think) to re-set then try again

Are P38 did this when the battery when flat we needed a reset of the codes from the local specialist

you should have the emergency access code ....
