What started as a slight noise has now got seriously loud after 100miles of cummuting. It's coming from the front and it's not engine related.
I'm thinking wheel bearing possibly, anyone any better ideas?

you'll probably be able to narrow it down further and get a better diagnosis from describing how it performs at various speeds(dont go too fast tho if its not safe) and on full lock left and right. does the sound follow the speed. does it change under braking? accelerating and/or over run?

it sounds like wheel bearing/cv joint or front axles/diff but thats alot of areas to be changing/searching!

also when the wheels are off you may want to check the brake calipers and slide pins and obviously pads!

It's not brake related and it sounds like metal on metal type of grinding noise which gets faster as the speed goes up, steering has no effect on the noise so that can be eliminated.
