P38 Gems becm resync tool needed asap

hi there, my p38 has suddenly died and wont turn over, i have no engine check light so suspect i need to resync the becm with the engine ecu.

does anybody have a syncmate or something similar that can do this job?
car is a 4.0 v8 gems 1998
located in bradford leeds area, willing to pay to loan one etc?
