P38 far away from home

[FONT=&quot]I parked my P38 side to side with a very nice P38 Holland and Holland with GB plates in Gstaad, Switzerland this Sunday. Any of you guys on vacation here in the Alps?

[FONT=&quot]Anyway quite a brave owner driving a P38 so far from home. I’m planning to do the same and coming up north in the next couple of years in order to let my Rangie visit her birth country. I hope she will stay alive until then.

Last year i was drove my 99DSE around Europe and got as far south as Sicily and then back up Italy and down to Greece and across to Turkey and back to the UK but before I did that i did a tour of Scotland all in all about 30000 miles with only a few small problems and hope to go on another trip later this year and do another 30000 miles.

Whoa that’s great oval,
I envies you. If I only could have enough time to do that too.
So maybe you will be cruising in my neighborhood later this year.
If driving across Switzerland don’t forget to put fuse 11 in … SELECT NEUTRAL ...

...particularly of a Holland & Holland!!

Two weeks in Scotland inc Isle of Sky in September and Isle of Man to Hull, ferry to Rotterdam and drive up through Holland, Germany and into Denmark and return in December. No problems in my Holland and Holland with 148.000 miles on the clock! Lovely and ideal car to be in especially as we had high winds and snow in northern Germany and Denmark.
