Hi
Just wondering what are the p38 diesels like at hill climbing not steep hills necessarily its just i have a jet ski and there is a fairly steep hill to lower it down and pull back out, my bmw 320d did it no problem but me and a mate are on about going halfs on a large boat will the rr be capable it will weigh approx 2.4 tonne.
Also my dhse is chipped.

cheers

Chuck it into low ratio and you shouldnt notice there is anything behind.

The 3500kg tow limit is a legal one more than a question of capability. The reason Highways use them is for pulling 44 tonne trucks out of the carriageway, so a boat like that is no problem.

Yeah it'll do it, but you'll be going slowly and won't be able to hear what your passengers are saying over the engine noise.
