Does anybody know the best place to pick one up second hand cheap? none on e-bay at the moment, and also what else besides the obvious things (like the pump itself) needs changing at the same time as the pump, if anything.

Cheers

cheers for that guys, storm, the bottom link is the wrong part number, but the top one i think is the same, don't know if the bottom one is just an early number or now obselete as Microcat doesn't recognise the part number, and Mozz, i'll get onto emmets after dinner, cheers
Steve

I dont know what the score is with the part number...but it says it fits all p38 1994 onwards..i googled both part numbers and the results seem to be the same. I am not expert though, one of the p38 owners butlers will know.

aye i've bin trauling google and other forums since the car came in yesterday afternoon but can't really find out much regarding different part numbers fitting an stuff, like Microcat only has the 1 partt number or the exchange version part number, and even on there it doesn't say anything regarding VIN numbers like upto or from like most other paarts on there

the genuine LR ones are 1550 euro's too!!!!! needs to be a cheap second hand one tho as the customer is putting it up for sale after its fixed, can get a new Wabco one for just under 600 euro's but still too much for the guy

The genuine Land Rover one is more than likely is a Wabco one, just with the usual Land Rover markup on it and a different sticker.
