Morning All ! I`ve got to change the front brake hoses, as one is showing signs of fluid seepage. Being a "Billy No Mates" whats the thoughts on using an "Easi-Bleed" or similar. Reading RAVE it doesn`t seem possible to do it single handed. And I do intend following RAVE and not taking any short-cuts thank-you.

Yeah, I know the easi-bleed works ok on conventional systems, but if you check-out RAVE.... Not so simple.

If you are quick and use a clamp on the new hose you should not need to bleed the full system just the lines you have changed.

Ta for both replies, but has anyone done it single handed? Even the local farm cats have run off with this wind whistling around here.

Just use the old fashion bottle method, piece of vacuum pipe on the nipple and other end in a bottle with the end sat in some fluid. Just simply pump the pedal till the air bubbles stop in the bottle then do nipple up. You'll be fine.
