Hi Datatek,
Sorry to highjack the thread, I have a Nanocom Evo II and tried the enter EKA function.
Nanocom showed "instructing BeCM" but vehicle was still immobilised and had to press remote to start. The way I see it, either I am doing something wrong or, I have the wrong EKA code for the vehicle.
Any other reasons you know of why it didn't work for me ?

Ok thanks for the reply.
Read through Nanocom functions details and it say's the EKA entry only works on BeCM's which are version PAM (V36) or higher so perhaps that is why. I will have to remove the seat trim and see what version I have.

Well, just completed a 350mile road test all over Northern Scotland, used a tank of fuel (£100 approx and not taking it easy!) - No problems whatsoever !!!!! Except Lecht Ski Centre want 50p a P! You have to moan at summat!

50 pence for a pee! is a bit steep. The local lavs in the Isle of Man charge 20 pence but are well built units. On a recent trip to Scotland average was 20p but in Germany and now Netherlands (they are catching up) its 70cents with a 50cent voucher. We got caught out last trip and mislaid our Euros in packing so when got to Germany we had to ration our pee stops - believe me when my wife says you have to do 150 miles before your next one it concentrates the mind. The problem was our Debit Cards would buy us petrol and a meal but no cash machine accepted them! No credit cards, dumped them ages ago as too expensive.
